Q: How does it work?

A: Each week, students watch an episode of their chosen TV show, complete a custom worksheet, and then join a live online conversation lesson to discuss the episode and practice their English.


Q: What TV shows can I choose from?

A: We offer a variety of popular TV shows to choose from, catering to different tastes and interests. Contact us for the current list of available shows.


Lessons and Material

Q: What does a typical lesson include?

A: A typical lesson includes watching a TV show episode, completing a worksheet designed specifically for that episode, and participating in a live online conversation class.


Q: What kind of worksheets do you provide?

A: Our worksheets include vocabulary exercises, comprehension questions, cultural insights, and discussion prompts to help you understand and engage with the episode.


Q: Do I need a streaming subscription?

A: Yes, our service includes a streaming subscription to access the TV shows (non discounted plans). This ensures you can easily watch the episodes without additional costs.


Q: When do I watch the TV show?

A: Please watch the show on your own time before the lesson.

Q: Can I watch with subtitles?

A: Yes! Please watch the show with subtitles if that is easier for you. A lot of students will rewatch the show a second time before the lesson. Try using English subtitles the second time.

Q: How often do lessons take place?

A: Lessons take place weekly, with a new episode and worksheet each week followed by a live conversation session. Large plans have lessons twice a week.


Q: Can I choose the time for my lessons?

A: Yes, we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate different time zones and availability. Choose from available time slots on the calendar, request a time slot OR talk to Mason for help.


Q: What is the cancelation policy?

A: 24hr notice. Cancel by telling Mason, your teacher or Online Calendar. You can reschedule you’re lesson or skip the week.

Q: What if I miss a lesson?

A: If you miss a lesson with out notice that will count as one lesson credit.


Pricing and Promotions

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Pricing varies by country. We offer a Regular Plan (1 lesson a week) and a Large Plan (2 lessons a week). Any friends who sign up for a trial lessons you both get 50% off for one month.


Q: Do you offer a free trial?

A: Yes, we offer a free trial lesson so you can experience our unique approach to learning English before committing.
